11. How do I notify a claim under my policy?
To advise a claim, simply enter your email address and password as prompted to access the claims area. Then select the policy you want to make a claim on. You can make a claim by selecting the Make a Claim box on the right hand side of the screen. You can also call the Claims Helpline on 0845 2607 999.

12. How do I cancel my policy?
You can cancel your policy on line, simply enter your email address and password as prompted to access the exisiting customers area. Having accessed your customer records, click on the Select button opposite the policy number displayed that you wish to cancel. Then click on the Cancel Policy bov on the right hand side of the screen.
